AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT ROW 25 CBA EMERGENCY PATHWAY LIGHT INOPERTIVE DUE TO DAMAGED WIRING. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED DAMAGED WIRE PER ESPM 20-43-10 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
