AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR RIGHT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT CAUTION MESSAGE IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE DETECTOR PROXIMITY SWITCH FOR THE RIGHT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-73-11 WITH NO FAULTS NOTED.
