AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR LEFT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT MESSAGE CAME ON IN FLIGHT THEN DISAPPEARED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED DETECTOR PROXIMITY SWITCH 61VW1 FOR THE LEFT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR HOOK AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-71-13.
