AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEAT 1AC /2AC ARE INOPERATIVE AND WIRING IS DISCONNECTED / BROKEN. MAINTEN REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE PER ESPM 20-43-13 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
