AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DURING ACCOMPLISHEMENT OF PS CHECK IT WAS FOUND FWD GALLEY FLOOR PROXIMITY LIGHTS INOP. MAINTENANCE FOUND PLUG D911P ABOVE THE GALLEY LOOSE, RECONNECTED THE PLUG OPERATIONAL CHECK DONE WORKS FINE IAW AMM 33-51-05 AND WDM 31-51-51.
