AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE COMING FROM 1L DOOR DURING CLIMB- PRESSURIZATION AND DELTA P APPEAR TO BE NORMAL. MAINTENANCE FOUND A SEAL AND SLIDE CORD HANGING DOWN, SECURED AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-10-00.
