AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: 2R DOOR ARMED/DISARMED VIEWER WINDOW INDICATOR INOPERATIVE. DOES NOT SWITCH INDICATION WITH THE ARM/DISARMING LEVEL SELECTION. MAINTENANCE FOUND DOOR LOCK/ UNLOCKED PLACARD CROOKED AND ADJUSTED / SECURED DOOR LOCK UNLOCKED PACARD PER AMM 52-13-21. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
