AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 5C EMERGENCY EXIT LAMP INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND SEAT 5C EMERGENCY LIGHT CANNON PLUG DISCONNECTED AT THE JUNCTION BOX, RECONNECTED THE CANNON PLUG AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
