AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: OUTBOARD L1 DOOR FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT FLASHLIGHT HOLDER CRADLE WON'T TEST, FLASHLIGHT OPERABLE. REPLACED FLASHLIGHT ASSEMBLY PER CMM 25-60-13 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERAATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
