AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: L4 DOOR WON'T OPEN FROM OUTSIDE. MAINTENANCE FOUND HARDWARE MISSING ON THE L4 DOOR AND INSTALLED THE HARDWARE PER AMM 52-13-11. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
