AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT ROW 36ABC SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHT IS NOT WORKING. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE EMERGENCY EXIT PATH LIGHTING WALL DISCONNECT CABLE ASSEMBLY BROKEN FOR SEAT 36ABC AND REPLACED IT PER AWM 33-51-08. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
