AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE: FORWARD MIDDLE FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT FLASHLIGHT WILL NOT TEST. MAINTENANCE FOUND FLASHLIGHTS WERE LOOSE AND NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. MAINTENANCE REINSTALLED THE FLASHLIGHTS PER AMM 25-65-00 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONLA CHECK WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
