AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: R3 DOOR SHOWS OPEN ON ECAM WITH DOOR CLOSED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE R3 DOOR DETECTOR PROXIMITY SWITCH 61WV2 PER AMM 52-71-12 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
