AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LEFT PACK LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH FL280. PACK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED FOLLOWING PACK TRIP DECESION MADE TO DIVERT TO DFW, AIRCRAFT LANNDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED STANDBY TVC IAW AMM 21-51-11.
