AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT SEAT DOOR R4 FLASHLIGHT OPERATIONAL TEST UNSATISFACTORY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED FLASHLIGHT FLIGHT ATTTENDANT SEAT DOOR R4 AND FOUND BATTERY DISCHARGED, REPLACED FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PER AMM 25-64-00.
