AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: MAINTENANCE REPORTED THAT THE AFT LEFT HAND DOOR FOUND OPEN, WITH THE SLIDE NOT SECURE AND THE SLIDE GIRT BAR ENGAGED WITH THE HANDLE IN DISARMED POSITION - MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE SLIDE RAFT ASSEMBLY PER JOB CARD 26L00025011
