AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE: R1 DOOR LOWER EMERGENCY ESCAPE LIGHT IS INOP. FOUND WIRE FOR CONNECTOR TO R1 DOOR LOWER EMERGENCY ESCAPE LIGHT BROKEN AND OTHER CONNECTOR NOT CONNECTED. MAINTENANCE SPLICED BOTH WIRES PER ESPM 20-53-29, ESPM 20-53-21 AND AWM 33-51-06.
