AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CEILING EXIT SIGN, CALL LIGHT, ETC LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE BY 4R. TROUBLESHOT, FOUND BULBS TO BE BURNED OUT. REPLACED THE BULBS IAW AMM 33-25-02. OPS CHECK GOOD.
