AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: RIGHT FWD EXTERIOR OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP. FOUND DURING "A" CHECK, EMERGENCY LIGHT TEST CARD # 09C20033003. FOUND BATTERY PACK M1676 NOT SUPPLYING POWER TO LIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY M1676 PER AMM 33-51-06 AND WDM 33-51-12.
