AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT OUT AT ROW 16ABC. FOUND SIDEWALL CONNECTOR WIRES PULLED FROM CONNECTOR. MAINTENANCE RE-TERMINATED WIRES AND INSTALLED IN CONNECTOR PER ESPM 20-48-21. OPS CHECK GOOD.
