AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DURING SYSTEM TEST MAINTENANCE NOTED THAT SEAT ROWS 22 AND 23 EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTS WERE DIM - MAINTENANCE FOUND WIRING TO BE DAMAGED AT CANNON PLUG AND REPLACED THE CANNON PLUG - A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED
