AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: WHILE ACCOMPLISHING J/C 09T20033001 OPS CHK EMERGENCY LIGHTS FOUND FLOOR PROXIMITY LIGHTS ON ROWS 16ABC, 17ABC, 18ABC WON'T TURN ON. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY M1694 IAW 33-51-03 & WDM 33-51-21.
