AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: PHL-MIA DECLARED EMERGENCY ON APPROACH ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE, RDC 1 FAULT. FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED TO THE GATE UNDER ITS OWN POWER. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RDC 1 FWD IAW AMM B787-A-42-21-07. OPS CHECK GOOD.
