AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE: RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXITS SPRING LOADED RELEASE PINS ARE BOUND IN ARMED POSITION. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED UNLOAD RELEASE PINS AT RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS THAT WERE BOUNDED IN ARMED POSITION PER AMM 52-21-11-000-001-A AND AMM 52-21-11-400-001-A.
