RIGHT ELEVATOR CRACKED ON INBOARD BULKHEAD COMMON TO FORWARD TORQUE TUBE. CRACK WAS IN LOWER FLANGE AT SPLICE AREA TO HINGE FITTING. VERIFIED WITH X-RAY AND BORESCOPE VISUAL. REPLACED RIGHT ELEVATOR IAW DC-9 MM.
