What was found
DURING ENGINE START, "L ENG FUEL VAL" EICAS MSG AND DISCRETE LIGHT ON ABOVE FUEL CONTROL SWITCHES. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE CONDITION CONTROL ACTUATOR, REF ABX B767 AMM 76-11-04. ALL FUNCTIONS AND INDICATIONS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT "NO ETOPS". A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
