DURING TAXI FLAP SLAT DISAGREE - TE FLAP DISAGREE APPEARED , A/C RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB),MTX GROUNDED A/C AND BEGAN TO TROUBLE SHOOT, FOUND RELAY K623 BAD FLAP BYPASS STAYING IN ALTERNATE MODE. REPLACED RELAY. ALL FLAP FUNCTIONS AND INDICATIONS NORMAL. REF ABX SSM 27-51-04 AND AMM 27-51-48. RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
