CREW ABORTED T/O AT 5KTS DUE TO AN IRU GOING OFFLINE WHICH AFFECTED THE NAVIGATION. AFTER ABORTING T/O, THE ISSUE CLEARED. AFTER CHECKING WITH MAINTENANCE CONTROL IT WAS DETERMINED THEY COULD CONTINUE SINCE THE ISSUE CLEARED. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
