AND RETURNED TO GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED A/C, MTX REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT ENGINE START VALVE IAW B767 AMM 80-11-02 OPS CHECK NORMAL A/C REMAINS ETOPS NO ETOPS.
