AFTER TAKEOFF DURING GEAR RETRACTION, GEAR NOT LATCHED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CONFIRMED RIGHT GEAR DOOR NOT LATCHED, RECYCLED GEAR AND LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR RETRACTION CHECK AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. OPS CHECK WAS GOOD.
