AT DEPARTURE TIME, FIRST OFFICER'S CLEARVIEW WINDOW WOULD NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY, HARD TO CLOSE. REINSTALLED THE ACTUATING SPRING FOR THE AFT LOWER WINDOW LATCH, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW DC-9 MM 56-10-3.
