AFTER TAKEOFF AND DURING LANDING GEAR UPLATCH CHECK, LEFT GEAR INDICATED UNSAFE. RECYCLED GEAR, SAME RESULTS. FOUND LEFT TIRE RETREAD DISBONDED AND INTERFERRING WITH DOOR UPLATCH SYSTEM. REPLACED WHEEL/TIRE ASSY, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
