SEPARATION IN THE ROOT CLOSURE. THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL TAIL ROTOR BLADE RECEIVED WITH THIS AIRCRAFT. IT WAS REMOVED THE FIRST TIME AT AIRCRAFT TT: 589.4 HOURS FOR BEARINGS CRACKED. REPLACED TAIL ROTOR BLADE ASSY WITH SERVICEABLE PART. (X)
