What was found
BEARING ON WHEEL FAILED. THE BEARING WAS LOCATED ON THE LT MAIN LANDING GEAR ON THE IB WHEEL. THIS BEARING FAILURE SUBSEQUENTLY CAUSED THE WHEEL TO DEPART THE AIRFRAME. IT IS SUSPECTED THAT THE EVENT OCCURED ON LANDING. (K)
