CREW NOTICED AN INCREASE IN NOISE & THE SMELL OF SMOKE. SWITCHED OFF HEATER BLOWER & LANDED NORMALLY. CHECKED ELEC SYS, FOUND NO DISCREPANCIES. SHUTDOWN ACFT FOUND HYD FLUID DRIPPING UNDER NOSE GEAR. REPLACED LEAKING NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR.
