AT RT WING WS 54.75 FOUND 0.50 INCH HOLE THROUGH SUB SPAR. HOLE HAD EVIDENCE OF POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL ARCING AT WIRING GROUNDING ATTACHMENT. REPAIRED IAW APPROVED DATA AND CLEARED DISCREPANCY.
