AFTER TAKE OFF ENG 1 AND 2 BLEED FAULT ON THE OVERHEAD PANEL. RESET UNSUCCESFULLY. AFTER 5 MINUTES RESET SUCCESFULL BUT ON THE SD PAGE PRESS OUTFLOW VALVE DOES NOT REGULATE PRESS. THE VALVE ALWAYS WAS OPEN.
