SEA - DURING MAINTENANCE CHECK, THE OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHTS FROM ROW 1 TO 7 AND FROM ROW 13 TO 21 WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE BATTERIES IN THE POWER SUPPLYS AND OPERATED NORMALLY. (M)
