SEA - DURING LINE CHECK, FOUND THAT EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS STAYED ON WITH SWITCH OFF AND EXTINGUISHED WITH SWITCH IN ARMED POSITION. REPLACED POWER SUPPLY (BATTERY PACK). LIGHTS THEN OPERATED PROPERLY. (M)
