FOUND THE NR 1 ENGINE WITH LONG TIME FAULT 75-20391. THE VSV POSITION SIGNAL IS OUT OF RANGE. ACFT GROUNDED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 VSV ACTUATOR.
