CREW REPORTED L2 DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. GROUNDED - YES. INITIALLY FOUND DIFFICULT TO OPEN FROM INSIDE & OUTSIDE. DOOR WILL UNLOCK BUT WOULD NOT CLOCK TO ROTATE. ONCE ABLE TO OPEN DOOR INSPECTEDD AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. OPS THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES. OBSERVED CORRECT FROM INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR IAW AMM 52-13-00.
