PDX - FLT 338 - PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY EXIT FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFT OF ROW 10 WITH EMERGENCY LIGHT ARMED OR OFF. REPLACED BATTERY CHARGER AND PACK, LIGHTS OPERATED NORMALLY. REFERENCE 95ZZZW28.
