DURING FUELING, A FUEL SPILLAGE IN THE LT TANK WAS DETECTED DUE TO THE SHUTOFF VALVE FAILURE. PLATFORM WAS CLEANED AND MX CLOSED THE VALVE MANUALLY. SHUTOFF VALVE WAS RESET IAW MM 28-21-00, TESTED CORRECT.
