What was found
DURING GROUND INSPECTION, THE LOWER EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED AN FUSE GOING TO THE POWER SUPPLY FOR THE EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
