DURING A GROUND INSPECTION IN DFW, THE LEFT UPPER EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BURNED OUT EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE. (M)
