DURING HANGAR INSPECTION IN TXK, THE SKIN SHEAR CLIP ON FRAMES 15 AND 15A WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED BEYOND LIMITS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SKIN SHEAR CLIP ON FRAMES 15 AND 15A IAW SRM 53-10-04. (M)
