RAMP REPORTS PAX DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE. FOUND INNER HANDLE RETENTION MECHANISM JAMMED AND LOCKED WITH DIRT AND DEBRIS. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED RETENTION MECHANISM. PERFORMED OPS CHECKED PAX DOOR IAW AMM 52-11-23.
