PILOT REPORTED A RT WING FUEL LEAK AND PERFORMED AIR RETURN. MX INSPECTED AND FOUND THE RT WING OUTERMOST FLAP VALVE LEAKING. MX R & R THE RT WING FLAP VALVE WITH LEAK CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
