THE CREW REPORTED FUEL LEAKING FROM THE RT WING. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX R & R THE FLAPPER VALVE ON THE RT WING RIB 19, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
