DURING AN A CHECK INSPECTION, OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY CHARGER, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
